Hollywood, MD Homes For Sale

Dr. Foreman thought it might be a staphylococcus infection, but they would need antibiotics injected directly into their brains. Ultimately in Season 8 when given complete authority over the hospital in spite of maintaining some of the traits Foreman develops out of his 'House-Lite' attitude. Over the course of the series he stops micromanaging, becomes more sociable and develops a greater appreciation for what the hospital does and how he can help that. In a final attempt to persuade Foreman, House tells him he's always been like him but Foreman tells him that he isn't like House finally rejecting the notion without a second thought.

The Impact of Omar Epps’ Performance on House MD

Foreman would prefer to be in an induced coma, but House exposes him anyway by shattering a glass vial of the legionella in the isolation chamber. Rodney hopes that his son will go to heaven, but Foreman is not comforted by this fact. Foreman wonders what he should be afraid of if he isn't afraid of dying, and admits to his father that he no longer shares his faith. Rodney says he will pray for his son, and he suggests that Foreman do the same.

Cameron and Chase conduct tests while Chase tries to get Cameron to go out with him again, but she's not interested. Chase notes a mass and does a biopsy which shows the woman's body is attacking its own white blood cells, meaning she has an autoimmune disease. Foreman gives several possibilities, all which should be treated with steroids, and finally House agrees to the treatment. House tells his team to investigate the woman's lack of free will.

His criminal behavior ended, and, always a good student, he redoubled his efforts and became the best student in his high school and one of the best in the city. He descended into addiction and more criminal behavior, which resulted in several stints in prison. Television news footage showed the left side of the red and white bus smashed against the first car of the train. Two victims were hospitalized with serious injuries and 16 others were transported in fair condition, the department said.

Hard-headed neurologist Dr. Eric Foreman joined House's initial team of diagnostics alongside Chase and Cameron. Intelligent and hard-working, Foreman's ambitions wouldn't go unnoticed, as he'd later claim the title of Dean of Medicine in a later season. Though he struggled to admit it, Foreman oftentimes recognized similarities between him and House — a realization that no person of upstanding morals or a hint of ethical beliefs would ever want to have. Fearing he'd continue to pick up on House's unprincipled ways, Foreman excused himself from the team in Season 3. After much reconsideration, he'd later rejoin House's team.

Relationship with House

He called Dr. Cameron who said that Dr. Foreman's O2 stats had now dropped to 92%. Dr. House tried to catch the pigeon, but it flew away before he could get it. However, he also noticed a water collection system leading to the roof. He realized that the irrigation system for the dead patient's marijuana grow-op was the source of the disease. When Dr. Cameron went, it was six hours before and when he and Steve went the first time, they were two hours late. Dr. Cameron protested she had checked the water supply and it was clean.

Jesse Spencer (Robert Chase)

Cuddy falls back on public health protocols although she realizes that Foreman may die. She says that doing the autopsy may put other people at risk of a contagious deadly infection. House was among the top 10 series in the United States from its second through fourth seasons. On February 8, 2012, Fox announced that the eighth season, then in progress, would be its last.[4] The series finale aired on May 21, 2012, following an hour-long retrospective.

Laurie would go on to be nominated for six Emmys and win a Golden Globe for his performance. Much like industry stalwarts such as Michael Gambon, Leslie Bibb, and Keri Russell, Epps has inspired a new generation of actors. His performances have drawn aspiring performers towards a life under the spotlight, stirring in them the dream of creating characters as lasting and impactful as his. Every aspect of Nubia The Reckoning, from the detailed game pieces to the beautifully illustrated game board, has been created with quality and attention to detail. The haunting music score and vividly rendered characters further enhance the atmosphere, drawing players deeper into the world of Nubia. Whether you’re a board game enthusiast or a casual player, Nubia The Reckoning provides a captivating, nuanced game experience you’ll want to return to time and again.

Cast and characters

When Dr. Chase told him that Dr. House thought the multiple medications were the best course of action, Dr. Foreman accused him of being desperate. Dr. House ordered the samples retested, but still refused to allow a second environmental scan. He told Dr. Cameron to monitor Dr. Foreman to see if he went blind. She went to see Dr. Foreman and advised him that there had not been a second environmental scan.

Each U.S. network television season starts in September and ends in late May, which coincides with the completion of May sweeps. Foreman receives and rejects sympathy from Cameron, who tells him that House went to the ICU. Foreman confronts House, who is still trying to test the patient. House wants to know what they missed, but Foreman stops him and tells him they have to wait. He has the woman moved back to her room because being in ICU won't extend her life and at least being in her own room will give her some privacy. When he gets to her room, she expresses apathy and hostility to him when he asks her forgiveness, although he doesn't expect it.

She's not close enough to anyone who will be with her when she dies. She notes how she didn't make much of an impact with her life. He admits that he does feel superior to people who are still poor, but tells her that he too has made bad decisions, including killing her. However, he got a second chance, and since then he's always wanted to be number one because if he figured he wasn't, they would figure out he didn't belong there.

Soon after, Dr. Foreman started laughing when the patient became tachycardic and started bleeding. We also learn that Foreman doesn't much care for the police either. However, things take a turn for the worse when Foreman starts exhibiting the same symptoms as the patient. While there, he was trained by Dr. Walter Cofield, the residency director. House refers to Cofield as Foreman's "old mentor", with House being his "new mentor". After this, he obtained a neurology residency under Dr. Marty Hamilton in Los Angeles.

(A young bride of 21, she married a man diagnosed with terminal thyroid cancer with a 6-month lifeline). No longer a world where an idealized doctor has all the answers or a hospital where gurneys race down the hallways, House's focus is on the pharmacological—and the intellectual demands of being a doctor. House often clashes with his fellow physicians, including his own diagnostic team, because many of his hypotheses about patients' illnesses are based on subtle or controversial insights. His flouting of hospital rules and procedures frequently leads him into conflict with his boss, hospital administrator and Dean of Medicine Dr. Lisa Cuddy (Lisa Edelstein). His only true friend is Dr. James Wilson (Robert Sean Leonard), head of the Department of Oncology. House tells Foreman that everyone makes mistakes and that it wouldn't be his last death.

"It was very sad and very disappointing and a really difficult decision to make. But ultimately, I felt like it was the best thing for me to do for myself and for my business," she explained to TVLine. Laurie stepped (uh, limped) into the role of the arrogant doctor with a humbler approach. "One of the things that makes me feel guilty about playing this role is that my dad was a doctor," Laurie told USA Today. "He was a very gentle soul and, I think, a very good doctor. And I'm probably being paid more to become a fake version of my own father."

She gave Dr. Cameron permission to do the biopsy, but Dr. Cameron snapped back that if it wasn't for her decision, they would be biopsying the brain of a dead man rather than Dr. Foreman. Foreman was admitted into Columbia University on a full scholarship. He studied biochemistry and maintained a perfect grade point average. However, many of the people he met after this point in his life often assumed he was there simply because he was black and was given advantages.

Developments by Holistica were also planned for Costa Maya (Mexico), Roatan Island (Honduras) and Kumamoto (Kyushu Island, Japan). In October 2023 was announced a USD 600 million expansion project aiming to make the facility the world's largest cruise ship repair yard. The project includes two new floating drydocks which will enable servicing both operational and under-construction cruisers as well as other types of marine vessels. The project includes investments from the world's largest cruise shipowners - Carnival Corporation, and Royal Caribbean Group/RCG. The new "Carnival Grand Bahama" cruise port (planned for opening in 2024-Q4) is being developed on the island's southern coast (121+ hectares / 300+ acres of land at Sharp Rock).

Freeport is one of the most popular cruise getaways because there are so many things to do in Freeport that you cannot do anywhere else. No matter your interests, there is something for everyone in Freeport, including white sandy beaches, cultural experiences, and delicious food. Cruise to Freeport, Bahamas for the ultimate white-sand beach, crystalline-water daydream come to life. The action is sizzling in Freeport, the resort center of Grand Bahama Island. You’ll find plenty of razzle-dazzle entertainment, from a casino to music clubs to barefoot beach bars. But if you’re looking for the Bahamas with the seductive, palm-fringed beaches, gentle turquoise seas, and nature at its most vivid… Freeport has that, too.

Relaxation and Recreation at Freeport Cruise Port

To the expenses, tourists must add taxis (US$35 one way) between the cruise port and the resort. Lucaya Property is approx 9 mi (15 km) west of Harbour Village (Freeport Cruise Terminal). Many locals believe conch is an aphrodisiac, and the mollusk is also deep fried (cracked conch), mixed in stews or soups and served as a breaded appetizer (conch fritters). Other dishes include Bahamian "rock lobster," fresh grouper and bonefish accompanied by side dishes like peas and rice or johnnycake (simple bread).

Freeport, The Bahamas

Fortune Beach – For those of you who seek to escape the hustle and bustle of crowded places, Fortune Beach offers a laid-back atmosphere. Sunbathe and soak up the Caribbean before tasting delicious conch fritters and cocktails in the nearby Banana Bay restaurant. Fortune Beach is located a 30-minute drive from the Freeport Harbour cruise terminal. These are just a few examples of the many shore excursions available at Freeport Cruise Port. Whether you’re seeking adventure, relaxation, or cultural immersion, these excursions will allow you to make the most of your time on the island and create unforgettable experiences.

Built in an area that was once swamp and scrubland, Freeport is a relatively new city. Established in only 1955, it has become a hub for international businesses and tourism. The 2-year, USD 195 million project includes Grand Lucayan Resort's purchase (USD 65 million) plus USD 135 million for development works. The new (RCL-exclusive) cruise port is expected to bring to annually an additional 2 million cruisers to Grand Bahama island. The project includes the construction of a theme park and a new 5-star hotel. Grand Lucayan Resort suffered significant damages during Hurricane Matthew (October 2016) and was forced to close 2/3 of its property.

But it is a marvelous cruise port if you appreciate botanical gardens, nature parks, and scenic sights. Ships dock on a medium-sized mixed (ferry and cruise port) with quays for up to 3 cruise ships to moor. The Freeport cruise terminal is on Lucaya Harbor and many times confused with the Port Lucaya Marketplace and with the Port Lucaya Marina (both in downtown Freeport). Whether you’re a first-time visitor or returning for another adventure, Freeport Cruise Port promises to captivate you with its natural beauty, rich culture, and warm hospitality. So pack your bags, embrace the spirit of adventure, and get ready to immerse yourself in all that Freeport has to offer. Create lifelong memories and leave with a piece of this tropical paradise in your heart.

In case you don’t need an all-day pass which normally includes unlimited food and drinks, you can still enjoy the hotel’s outdoor pool, hot tub, bar and sunbed/umbrellas for a regular charge. The resort overlooks a long, sandy Lucaya Beach, and I enjoyed it so much that I highly recommend it to everyone looking to spend a relaxing beach day. The port of Freeport is also famous for its Grand Bahama Shipyard, often used by Bahamas-flagged cruise vessels for ship repairs, maintenance and drydock refurbishment works. The cruise port terminal has a delightful ambiance, the area is very clean and immaculately kept. On the whole, Freeport is safe but it is advisable to use caution in crowded areas considering that there have been reports of tourists having purses snatched. Join us as we set sail on a 2-hour sunset cruise through Baldwin Harbor, Mansion Harbor, Randall Bay, and Parsonage Cove.

Welcome to the vibrant and captivating destination of Freeport Cruise Port in the stunning Bahamas. Nestled on the island of Grand Bahama, this port offers an enticing blend of tropical beauty, rich culture, and endless adventure. Whether you are a seasoned traveler or embarking on your first cruise, Freeport Cruise Port promises an unforgettable experience that will leave you yearning to return. Pirate’s Cove Zipline and Water Park is located on Taino Beach and is a very popular location if you are traveling from the cruise port. If you choose to go to this location, I recommend to book your taxi ride when you arrive in port and do not pay more than $20 per person ROUND TRIP for transportation to go to Pirate’s Cove. Freeport Cruise Port not only offers opportunities for adventure and exploration but also provides ample options for relaxation and recreation.

By this agreement, Royal Caribbean also has joint ownership of the Freeport shipyard where major drydock refurbishments and ship maintenance works on many RCCL ships take place. The drydock facility is owned by the GBSL company (Grand Bahama Shipyard Ltd). Since 2017, Royal Caribbean has joint ownership of Freeport Shipyard (40%) together with Carnival Corporation (60%). The shipyard has three floating dry docks, as well as mechanical and steel workshops (updated in 2016 with new equipment).

Freeport cruise port essential info

The Grand Bahama port in Freeport is known for not having attractions nearby the cruise terminal where cruise ships dock. The cruise terminal has many amenities and excellent services, which many cruise passengers passionately enjoy. But the top things to do and the best attractions in the port of Freeport are between 20 and 40 minutes away.

Freeport (Bahamas, Grand Bahama Island)

Paradise Cove offers direct access to Deadman’s Reef, considered the best reef in Grand Bahama Island. A fish fry is a weekly chance for the community to gather over a meal — in this case, the comfort food of battered fish and all the fixings. A lively destination for a Freeport fish fry is Outriggers at Smith’s Point (a five-minute walk from Taino Beach). Some tours pair swimming and snorkeling above the blue holes with a kayak trip of the adjacent mangrove habitats.

This brewery is on a giant 20-acre property, with beer gardens and tours to teach you all about the brewing and distribution process. Take a stroll along the marked walkways and discover iguanas, alligators, parrots, orchids, and a fun petting zoo for the whole family to enjoy. Among the area of Freeport lays a 12-acre luscious park named “Garden of the Groves.” This park is named after the founders of Freeport, Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Groves, who discovered it in 1973. The Freeport Harbor is big enough to accommodate at least 4 large passenger ships at any one time.

One of the best things to do in Freeport for the whole family is to explore the Pirate’s Cove waterpark. Here you can keep yourself cool from the hot sun while having fun splashing around with your family. There are trampolines to play on, a long zipline to ride, and plenty of on-shore activities to be enjoyed. The tour begins through a beautiful pine tree forest and finishes off on a white sandy beach. There you can ride the horses right into the ocean and help them to cool off after a hot ride.

Make sure you check for the “authentically Bahamian” label on a product before you purchase it so that you know you are supporting local. If swimming isn’t your strong suit, that doesn’t mean that you have to miss out on the incredible sea life of the Bahamas. They first opened with their first beer, “SANDS,” and now they offer multiple flavors, including a Grapefruit Radler, High Rock, Sands Light, Strong Back, Bush Crack, and Triple B. Since then, this park has become a must-see attraction with over ten thousand different plants, exotic foliage, rare tropical birds, local wildlife, and more. It is also so large that it can dock up to four major cruise lines at once, including Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Norwegian, and Celebrity, amongst many others. A 10-minute taxi ride will take you to the Port, which costs anywhere from $15 one way.

Treat yourself to luxurious spa treatments, engage in yoga and meditation sessions, or enjoy a round of golf on world-class courses. Indulge in local flavors, from delectable seafood to authentic Bahamian dishes, or satisfy your international cravings at the diverse dining establishments. While waiting for your departure, take advantage of the amenities and facilities within the cruise port. Grab a bite to eat at one of the restaurants or cafes, perhaps enjoying one last taste of Bahamian cuisine. If you have any remaining local currency, consider spending it on small mementos or snacks before boarding your ship.

On May 12, 2022, was held the groundbreaking ceremony for Carnival Corporation's new cruise port destination on Grand Bahama Island. Grand Lucayan's two most popular features are its large infinity pool, the beach, smaller lap pool, Jacuzzi, pool bar (complimentary beverages and food / burgers, wings, seafood, salads, desserts). In late-December 2021, RCG announced that the sale agreement for the resort is canceled but plans to participate in a new bidding process. The Bahamian government is still planning to sell the property but its development is to be independent of the cruise port.

Coast Guard for its ships' lifeboats to be yellow instead of regulation orange, to tie into the colors of Mickey himself — black, red, white and yellow. You’ll find these collections exclusively at Disney Cruise Line’s new island destination, which will open this summer! Be sure to visit disneycruise.com to learn more about Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point. One thing I love about Disney Cruise Line and Castaway Cay is that there are plenty of adults-only spaces where kids are strictly not allowed.

A three-night and 10-night cruise both count as one sailing for these purposes. Cruises that are seven nights or longer schedule one "formal night" — though even then, it's only encouraged, not required. On that night, you will see suits, sports coats, cocktail dresses and similar from some guests. During the evenings, dining attire in the three main dining restaurants is "cruise casual," meaning no swimwear or tank tops, but you don't have to put on a party dress. That said, many guests do dress up a bit in the evening, but it's not required unless you are dining in Palo, Remy or Enchante. If it's a sea day in a warm-weather destination, and you're bound for the top deck, that means looking like you're going to the beach.

Cruises

As a parent, my favorite part of a Disney cruise might be the included kids programs that children actually want to attend. If the kids are happy for a few hours, the parents can actually relax, too. This is a fun thing to do before meeting a princess, before a more formal night or anytime you want to see a huge smile on your kid's face. If you have a princess dress or outfit from home you want to use or reuse, you can purchase a cheaper package at Bibbidi Bobbidi. If you like getting away to relax, look at purchasing access to the Rainforest Room for heated stone loungers, aromatherapy showers and even hot tubs on the larger ships. You can buy a one-day or full-cruise pass to this area of the spa, but get a tour first as the layout and inclusions in this space vary dramatically from ship to ship.

Nothing says “I’m on vacation” like a patterned button-up shirt. This Disney Cruise Line button-up features art of Captain Mickey, Captain Minnie, Donald, Goofy, Chip ‘n Dale, and more. The back of the shirt features Captain Minnie saluting from inside a porthole stylized to look like a ship’s wheel. On the back is art that has been seen previously in this collection, which features Donald, Pluto, Captain Mickey, Captain Minnie, Goofy, and Daisy.

Pirate Night is a staple on many Disney cruises in the Caribbean. On that themed night, expect everyone to be dressed in their pirate-y best for the evening, so pack accordingly. Your dinner will also have a pirate theme, followed by a fun show up on deck, complete with fireworks. If your cruise takes you to Disney's private island, Castaway Cay, you're in luck, as there's plenty of included food to eat there, too. These bars are a lot of fun and are not to be missed if you like live music or a nice drink at the end of the day. Keep an eye out in your app for when and where the happy hours are on board if you want to save a few dollars on your drinks.

Keep dry with this towel, which features the same art of Captain Mickey and the gang that’s present in the entire collection. Set a course for adventure with this striped Captain Mickey tee. Art of Mickey in his seafaring best can be found in the center, as he salutes from inside a life preserver in front of two lime green anchors. The words “Set a course for adventure” are printed around him in blue. The cap itself is white with a bright blue brim and adjustable strap. “Disney Cruise Line” is embroidered on the back in light blue thread.

Summer will be here before we know it, which means the grand opening is quickly approaching! Today, I’m so excited to unveil a first look at some of the Bahamian-inspired merchandise that will be available at Disney Cruise Line’s newest, one-of-a kind island retreat. Over the past decade, I've taken eight Disney cruises with my family and friends. When I book, I always make sure Disney's private island in the Bahamas, Castaway Cay, is on the port of call. This red, blue, and white mug features Sorcerer Mickey commanding some enchanted brooms to create the Disney Dream logo. This red t-shirt features Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Goofy, and Donald all aboard the ship.

The extensive lineup of interactive game shows, trivia, karaoke, dance parties, bingo and more listed in the Disney cruise app are worth checking out. Some of these are adults-only, while others are fun for the whole family. Most are included in the price of the cruise, though bingo does cost extra — and you could win real money.

Be prepared for sticker shock, though, as these suites will almost certainly be near or over five figures on many sailings. These cabins start at 169 square feet for a standard inside cabin and go up to a two-story, 1,966-square-foot Tower Suite on Disney Wish. This won't be an entire private island like Castaway Cay, but it will be an exclusive beachfront space designed for Disney Cruise Line with many similar offerings to Castaway. Disney Magic, Disney Wonder and Disney Fantasy will call on this new destination for the first time in 2024. Some Disney cruises do what's called a "double dip" and make two stops at the private island, where you can step ashore without leaving the Disney bubble. The smaller two ships in the Disney Cruise Line fleet are Disney Wonder and the line's first ship, Disney Magic.

You'll certainly pay more for the privilege of sailing with Mickey and Minnie than with some other family-friendly lines. But for those with kids in that Disney age range, or for adults who know and trust the Disney brand, it's hard to go wrong in choosing Disney Cruise Line for your next vacation. Another way to save on a Disney cruise is to look at a one-way repositioning sailing, as those often price lower than other similar cruises. For example, the cruise line may need to end a cruise in a particular port to reposition the ship to do some sailings from there.

The Cookie's and Cookie's Too lunch shacks on the island are both included, so load up on hot dogs, barbecue, hamburgers, fries and all the fixings. You'll see jackets and dresses in Palo, but you can also get by with nice jeans if you want. At the top of the "costs extra" list are the restaurants Palo (found on all five ships, though it's Palo Steakhouse on Disney Wish), Remy (on Dream and Fantasy) and Enchante (only on Disney Wish). Your Disney cruise will also include a buffet known as Cabanas on the original four ships and Marceline Market on Disney Wish.

I Only Go on Cruises That Stop at Disney's Private Island Castaway Cay

The limited-time show features iconic Disney music and a new signature song. The show will be on most Bahamian, Caribbean, and Mediterranean sailings this summer. Disney Wish has, by far, the highest number of annual sailings, with 105 three- and four-night cruises departing from Port Canaveral to the Bahamas. These sailings all go to Disney's private island, Castaway Cay; some also stop in Nassau, Bahamas. Disney Cruise Line has about 370 annual departures scheduled that range from two- to 15-night sailings.

If you are on a ship that charges by day instead of by the amount of data used, expect the prices to vary from $12-$36 per day, depending on the speed you select. There are often discounts for buying Wi-Fi access for the length of the cruise. When your kid outgrows the fun in the main kids club, don't worry. Disney Wish has the added perk in the kids club of a slide that takes the kids straight from the main atrium and into the fun. Your kids don't need an appointment to pop in here; they can come anytime from open to close — and the club stays open pretty late. All five Disney ships have amazing spaces for kids in the 3-to-12-year-old range in the Oceaneer Club and Oceaneer Lab.

As with the waterslides, we recommend enjoying these first thing when you board if you want to try them without crowds. Otherwise, you won't find so many people in the pools on port days, early in the morning and right before dinner. There are thousands of people on the ship and only a few small pools, so plan accordingly. All of Disney Cruise Line's ships have some kind of waterslide on board. Little cruisers can be transformed into a princess or pirate at sea at the onboard Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, which does themed kid makeovers and sells costumes as part of the package. You'll need an appointment; expect to pay $100 to $200 for most packages.

What It’s Like to Live on a Cruise Ship for 6 Months

This ear headband features plush, stylized versions of Captain Mickey and Captain Minnie’s heads as the ears. More of Mickey’s friends are pictured on the back above a Disney Cruise Line ship. They’re surrounded by rigging, palm trees, clouds, and music notes. The spine is red with a silver version of the Disney Cruise Line logo. Captain Mickey and Captain Minnie are on either side of a gold ship’s wheel with a “Welcome Aboard” ribbon across it.

If you stay in a concierge-level room or suite, it is customary to tip the Concierge Lounge hosts at the end of your cruise a recommended amount of $8 per night per guest. To give an idea of the cost, a four-person family on a four-night cruise would pay $232 in recommended tips. The amount is split among your team of dining room servers who quickly learned your kids' preferences for dinner and your cabin hosts who made your room look like magic while you were out enjoying yourself. Know that once your child turns 8, you have the option of giving them self-checkout privileges. While kids up to 12 are welcome in the main Oceaneer Club, they may start moving up to the tween club by the time they are 10 years old.

In addition to the included soft-serve ice cream and Mickey bars available via room service, your ship may have some shops with extra-fee ice cream. On Disney Dream, Disney Fantasy and Disney Wish, you'll find an ice cream shop stuffed with candies, gelato and ice cream — all for an extra charge. Each night, your tablemates and servers will move from one restaurant to the next as a team. Disney concierge service gets you access to the Disney Concierge Lounge, which has food offerings multiple times per day and a fully stocked fridge with sodas, juices and bottles of water.

The buffet is usually open for breakfast and lunch, though not in the evening hours. While many guests dress up a bit for dinner (compared to their afternoon pool deck attire), most stay relatively casual for the rotational dining restaurants. On each Disney ship, three main dining rooms serve as dinner restaurants that participate in rotational dining. Each ship has its own lineup of themed rotational restaurants, but the concept remains the same on each. From room service to evening dinners, meals are (mostly) all included. You also have your own check-in area at the port and are among the first to board the ship, which can mean extra time to enjoy having the waterslides to yourself.

Set a Course For Adventure Collection

You must choose between an early and a late dinner time, with your showtime opposite your dining time. Some restaurants, such as Animator's Palate, are found on multiple ships, while others are unique to one ship, such as Tiana's Place on Disney Wonder and all of the rotational restaurants found on Disney Wish. While pricey, Disney concierge service eliminates almost all of the potential pain points of a Disney cruise (not that there are many pain points to begin with).

T-shirts, shorts and bathing suits (with a cover-up to go inside) are fine. However, on round-trip cruises departing European countries with a lower drinking age, passengers years of age can drink alcohol on board with signed parental consent. For round-trip cruises from Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland and Brisbane, guests 18 years of age and older may purchase and consume alcoholic beverages without parental consent. A hair dryer is provided in every cabin for your convenience, but you may bring your own as long as it meets the guidelines above.

Edge is a much smaller space, but tweens have tons of fun playing video games, having dance parties, doing crafts, playing trivia games and more with their newfound cruise friends. Technically, Edge is for kids ages 11-14, but you can get your 10-year-old in with permission — and once they figure that out, it's probably all over for the "little kid club." If you want to be more active, head to your ship's sports deck to play basketball, foosball, miniature golf and more. You may even have some sports simulator options beyond your traditional in-person fun.

The stickers are of Mickey and friends in their Disney Cruise Line outfits, as well as the Disney Cruise Line logo, suitcases, ships, life preservers, and other iconography. The dry-erase markers are red, yellow, black, dark blue, light blue, and tan. This light blue pullover sweatshirt reads “Set a course for Adventure” and features Captain Minnie, Captain Mickey, and Pluto. There is not a name on the ship, but all Disney Cruise Line ships have approximately the same design, with two funnels featuring the Disney Cruise Line logo. This figure features a silver version of a Disney Cruise Line ship atop a light blue base. Commemorate an unforgettable voyage aboard the new Disney Wish!
